Agency Background and Experience T.I.P (Talented Individuals with Power) Organization Inc. was founded in 2014 by Angela Brantley in Savannah, GA. Angela saw the need to help break the generational pattern of self destruction amongst the youth in the city. Armed with over 15 years of experience working with at-risk youth who cycled through the Juvenile Justice System; Angela put boots on the ground and formulated a plan. Agency Structure Angela’s vision for this 501(c) (3) non-profit organization emerged. T.I.P Organization Inc. was born with the focus and commitment to be fully involved in the community to save the youth in Savannah, GA. T.I.P’s Youth Program provides a variety of community based programs and services to economically disadvantaged youth that supports the physical, social, and cognitive development of all youth ages 14-21 years old. T.I.P’s wraparound services have taught many of the youth the value of Teamwork, Integrity, and Perseverance. Through hands-on engagements and empowering the whole family structure; T.I.P has helped over 200 youth break the cycle and envision a new future many did not think was possible.
