CareSource presents Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity Family Reunion and Resource Fair
(SAVANNAH, GA) – CareSource presents Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity (CEHFH) Family Reunion and Resource Fair, Saturday, July 24, 2021. At CEHFH, we are pleased to provide this opportunity for our Forever Families, those who put in sweat equity and who fulfilled all the requirements to become Habitat homeowners in Chatham County, and now own their homes! At the event on Saturday, homeowners will be provided with not only a sense of camaraderie and community, but an avenue linking them to the home ownership resources they need. The event will also provide hope for future homeowners by demonstrating that, through hard work and dedication, the dream of home ownership is within reach.

CareSource, Center Parc, Geico, Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), Step Up Savannah, Georgia Legal Services Program, Neighborhood Improvement Association, Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council, Chatham Emergency Disaster Recovery Committee (CEDRC), and Habitat Savannah
In addition to the Savannah-area Habitat homeowners (and families) who are personally invited, the public is also invited to attend.
