At Next Level Workforce Development we are passionate about connecting unemployed and underemployed persons to employment opportunities.  We believe that knowledge and access to 21st century jobs in industries with family-sustaining wages and great benefits are needed to empower our community to thrive in today's world. Unfortunately, many underserved communities lack the resources and opportunities to develop these crucial skills. That's where our organization fills the gap. As a volunteer with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our social media and recruitment programs. Whether you have experience in creating social media pages, posting content, or connecting workers to great employment opportunities there is a place for you on our team. As a volunteer you can share your knowledge and expertise by creating social media pages, using social media effectively, or using your imagination to create social media posts that support our mission and highlight the positive impact we have on our community.
