Screen visitorsin accordance with security protocols,assistthem, and connect them with the appropriate staff members. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Take messages and relay information accurately to the appropriate parties. Coordinate transportation logistics for clients as required. Ensure timely and efficient transportation arrangements. Work closely with EmployAbility staff to address immediate needs and concerns. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information. Flexible scheduling options are available, and we ask that you make a commitment of 7 -20 hours per week, depending on your availability and participants’ needs.
