Volunteer Job Title: Farm Picnic Volunteers for the first Food Shift #2/Clean Up
Purpose: The volunteers will be helping with the food set up and during the event. Volunteers will assist in making sure the food trays and supplies are filled for the guests. Volunteers will also assist with clean up after the food is done being served/end of the event.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist FFM staff with food set up
- Assist with stocking food trays and supplies during the event
- Assist with clean up after the food is done being served and the event ends
Length of Volunteer Shift: Volunteers will be volunteering for 2.5 hours to help set up. The volunteer shift is 5:00-7:30pm
Time Commitment: There is no time commitment for group volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Should be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Should be able to be on their feet, standing and walking around for the duration of 2.5 hours
Support: There is no training for the position. The volunteer will check in at the Old Dairy Farm with the Program & Development VISTA or with the Executive Director.
Age Requirement: 18 and older
Dress Code: Respectful and comfortable clothing. You will be outside the entire time. Please dress according to the weather. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes as you will be walking around a lot on pavement and grass.
Note: Volunteers can sign up individually or as a group. Also if you would like to volunteer at the Farm Picnic longer than 2.5 hours you can also sign up for the set up shift from 1:30-3:30pm and/or the Food Shift 1 from 3:30-5pm
