CCCS wants you to help us connect community members to our services. If you're a teachable, detail-orientated person, we would love to see you as a front desk receptionist in our Savannah office. CCCS will train volunteers and introduce them to the world of financial empowerment. Apply today!
DUTIES:
- Welcome clients in-person and conduct intake
- Answer client inquiries and schedule counseling appointments via phone
- Enter client data in a database
- Copy and order financial education materials
- Scan, copy, and shred client files
USEFUL SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently, complete detailed projects with a timeline, and learn new things
- Skill using a scanner, copier, and shredder
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and client management systems

NOTE:
- Background checks are conducted on all CCCS volunteers.
