CCCS wants you to help us connect community members to our services. If you're a teachable, detail-orientated person, we would love to see you as a front desk receptionist in our Savannah office. CCCS will train volunteers and introduce them to the world of financial empowerment.  Apply today!

DUTIES:

  • Welcome clients in-person and conduct intake
  • Answer client inquiries and schedule counseling appointments via phone
  • Enter client data in a database
  • Copy and order financial education materials
  • Scan, copy, and shred client files

USEFUL SKILLS:

  • Ability to work independently, complete detailed projects with a timeline, and learn new things
  • Skill using a scanner, copier, and shredder
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and client management systems

NOTE

  • Background checks are conducted on all CCCS volunteers. 
  • Volunteers must have high school diploma or equivalent. 
  • No financial background is necessary for the position. :) 

~ The ideal volunteer would be available from 2:00 - 5:00PM and able to commit to consistent hours although we can be flexible. ~
