CCCS of Savannah is a financial empowerment non-profit organization that has served Savannah and its surrounding communities for over 50 years. Our nationally certified counselors provide expert advice to help increase the financial knowledge of clients, while helping them solve financial problems, and achieve their future goals. It is our mission to provide financial wellness in the Savannah community by improving families' credit, reducing their debt, and helping them become successful homeowners.
CCCS is looking for volunteers who are passionate about our mission and would like to volunteer their time at our Savannah office location and support day-to-day operations. Hours are flexible and the office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Volunteer duties will be catered to volunteer's strengths. These duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Entering client data in database
- Answering phones
- Welcoming client in-person and conduction intake
- Copying and ordering financial education materials
- Answering client inquiries and scheduling materials
- Scanning and shredding client files
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work independently, and multitask with a timeline
- Firsthand experience working with a non-profit
