Meet the musicians, help keep them safe, and ensure every need is attended to. Must be alert, attentive, able to anticipate needs, and respectful of the artist's space while preparing for the stage.
- Work closely with production and transportation to make sure the artists are in the right place at the right time
- Monitor catering and craft services
- Continuous clean-up to prep for shifting acts
- Attend to artist needs
- MUST be able to gather debris and load it into the trash in each area
- MUST be able to help rearrange tables and chairs for the next day
- Work closely with security to keep the artists safe and unauthorized people from entering the backstage areas
