Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom (CB2TB) is seeking a Marketing & Communications Volunteer to help strengthen our community outreach and visibility. This short-term role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, design, and digital media who wants to make a big impact in just a few hours.

Responsibilities

Assist with creating and scheduling social media content to promote CB2TB programs and events

Design or edit flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials

Draft short blog posts or spotlight articles highlighting our veterans, families, and youth initiatives

Provide light support in SEO and Google Ads optimization to increase online visibility

Help brainstorm creative ways to engage donors, volunteers, and community partners

Skills & Qualifications

Strong written communication and creative thinking skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) a plus

Interest in nonprofits, community service, or veteran support work

No professional experience required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
