Who We Are
The Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council is a county-wide planning body of key stakeholders, including providers, govt. representativ es, advocates, funders, and consumers. The focus is to maximize access and utilization of affordable health services--primary, oral health and behavioral health, and to leverage available services to assure improved health status fort Chatham County residents.
What We Do
Oral Health Campaign--Implementing a multi-faceted plan to improve oral health for uninsured/underinsured adults in Chatham County.
