Who We Are
Established by the community in 1979, we offer support to terminally ill patients and their families in their own homes, nursing home or in our inpatient facility at Hospice House. We also provide palliative care support through clinics and throughout St. Joseph/Candler and Memorial Health, and provide bereavement support to children, teens and adults through individual and group counseling. Additionally, help is provided via classes and support groups to caregivers through the Edel Caregiver Institute.
