The Mission of Catholic Charities of South Georgia (formerly the Social Apostolate of Savannah) is to care for and empower the poor, homeless, disabled and ‘at risk’ people of South Georgia in witness to the biblical values of charity and justice.

CCSoGA's Crisis Intervention Program has been a singular refuge, where anyone in Savannah who is homeless, on the brink of homelessness or struggling to survive can receive immediate help from our experienced and dedicated staff. We care about you and your next steps in life, which is why we offer ways to help you get there. Our programs and services support those in transition because it is never too late, and situations are never too complicated, to begin moving forward. Our services include: - Emergency grocery assistance - Clothing vouchers - School uniform vouchers - Emergency baby needs - Birth certificates - Georgia ID cards - Employment support - Health support
