Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom (CB2TB) is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to empowering veterans and their families as they transition from military service to civilian life. Founded on the principles of resilience, opportunity, and support, CB2TB provides essential resources, guidance, and community connections to ensure a successful reintegration. With a strong focus on addressing the unique challenges faced by veterans, we strive to create pathways to success in various aspects of life, from career development to personal growth.

CB2TB operates through five core areas to provide comprehensive support and empowerment: Veteran Transitional Pathway Program: We offer specialized programs and resources to assist veterans in their transition to civilian life, including career counseling, job placement services, and skills training. Youth Literacy with "Pages & Reels" Bookmobile Service Project: Our bookmobile service promotes youth literacy and fosters a love for reading through access to books and creative scriptwriting opportunities, turning them into short film skits. Women's Empowerment - Veteran Youth Scholarships: We support veteran youth by offering scholarships that enable them to pursue higher education and career goals, empowering the next generation of leaders. Military Spouse Mentorship "Fiscal Masonry": This professional development training program is designed to empower military spouses to start and manage small or home-based businesses, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed for success. Volunteerism: We actively engage community members in volunteer opportunities that support our mission, fostering a spirit of service and community involvement.
