EmployAbility's mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What We Do
EmployAbility prepares individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for employment and community integration through Pre-Employment Training, Supported Employment, and Enrichment Services. We envision a community where people with disabilities are more broadly valued, hired by employers, receiving support, and participating in everyday activities. EmployAbility serves Chatham, and the surrounding counties.
