Join us for a Young Leaders event on health & wellness that focuses on caring for others, and also caring for your self!
Young Leaders will arrive and create the meal kit bags for the first 30 minutes.
Then, Kate Doran (owner of Savannah Power Yoga) leads a session of meditation, team building, and a very beginners yoga session.
Please consider bringing the following items for meal kits:
- Box of pasta (Penne or Spaghetti noodles)
- Plastic bottle of sauce (Prego, Ragu, etc.)
- Can of vegetables (Corn, peas, green beans, etc.)
- A non-perishable treat of some kind (box of fruit snacks, bite sized brownies or cookies, etc.)
- Small bottles of salt and pepper (should be able to purchase as a combined package)
