Day of Action in Hinesville!

United Way Liberty County is in need of volunteers to help with landscaping and shelving in Hinesville on Saturday, June 22^nd from 9:00am – 12:00pm. We need your help!

The landscaping project is family friendly and will consist of basic yard work, mulching, planting flowers, watering, etc.

The shelving project would be a bit more technical and would consist of removing and replacing wall-mount shelving. All tools will be provided. We need to reattach wheel-chair accessible shelving units for our Backpack Buddies Program. Backpack Buddies serves 525 local school children weekly with two nutritious meals and snacks to help with weekend food insecurities. Thanks to the generosity of the Landings Military Family Relief Fund, United Way has expand its reach to the schools on Fort Stewart.
