We need volunteers to help paint playground equipment and create a vibrant and clean environment for children to play and learn!
Join us on Saturday, November 23rd as we paint the playground equipment at the W.W. Law Learning and Day Care Center. Bring family or friends, all equipment is provided. Snacks and water will be provided as well!
Greenbriar operates two Early Childhood Education programs. The childcare centers offer affordable, high quality care and education for children, ages six months to five years. The Centers use the High Scope Learning Method which has proved effective in preparing children for success in school. The impact these services have on human services and the community is that it increases the accessibility and affordability of quality childcare to low-income families. Families who are attempting to move themselves out of poverty can go to work and be confident that their child is in a safe, nurturing environment and receiving quality education. The two centers served 125 children in 2017.
