The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire is currently seeking volunteers to manage virtual mediation sessions using Zoom, Google Workspace and Adobe Sign and troubleshoot technology issues. Free training is available.
-Set up and manage virtual mediation sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
-Provide real-time technical support during sessions, addressing any issues that may come up.
-Collaborate with mediators to prepare and share documents via Google Workspace and Adobe Sign.
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting mediators and clients.
-Help with the onboarding of new users, guiding them through the technology.

The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire helps individuals or groups resolve conflicts using a neutral mediator who helps keep the focus on reaching workable agreements. Unlike court proceedings, mediation is confidential and scheduled at the convenience of the parties involved.
