Responsible for welcoming and orienting new patients and their loved ones to Hospice Savannah's inpatient facility. Provides companionship and support to them and may also assist staff with tasks. Full training (after orientation) will be provided.
Volunteers sign up for one (or more) two-hour shift each week. Volunteers are mostly at Hospice House between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., seven days a week.
