All volunteers must be 18.
Help create a welcoming environment by serving coffee and water to guests at the Resource Center. Volunteers will keep the drink station clean, stocked, and organized while offering friendly hospitality to everyone they serve.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and water.
- Keep the beverage station clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
- Refill supplies such as cups, lids, stirrers, sugar, and creamers.
- Wipe down counters and maintain a neat serving area.
- Greet guests with kindness and provide a welcoming presence.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with cleanup at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
- Friendly, dependable, and courteous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by an adult if under 18).
- Comfortable interacting with individuals experiencing homelessness and treating all guests with dignity and respect.
