Tuesday Mornings in August
Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Join us at Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia and become part of the fight against hunger in our community!
Our individual volunteer opportunities are a great way to make a difference while serving alongside others who share a passion for helping our neighbors. Volunteers assist with a variety of hands-on projects, including sorting donated food, assembling meal boxes, and preparing emergency food supplies for individuals and families throughout Coastal Georgia.
Groups: If you have a group that would like Tuesday morning, please contact Casey at cnash@helpendhunger.org to get scheduled.
No experience is necessary—just bring a willingness to help and a positive attitude!
As an individual volunteer, you'll:
- Make a meaningful impact in your community
- Help provide food and essential supplies to families in need
- Meet new people while giving back
- Support Second Harvest's mission to end hunger
- See firsthand how your time creates lasting change
Every hour you volunteer helps bring hope, nourishment, and comfort to our neighbors in need. Together, we can make a difference—one volunteer, one project, and one family at a time.
Volunteer Attire
