Volunteer Job Title: Farm Picnic Volunteers for Set Up Shift
Purpose: The group of volunteers will help set up table and chairs for the event. The volunteers will also help in assisting set up for the auction, music and food if needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist FFM staff with event set up
Length of Volunteer Shift: Volunteers will be volunteering for 2 hours to help set up. The volunteer shift is 1:30-3:30pm
Time Commitment: There is no time commitment for group volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Should be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Should be able to be on their feet, standing and walking around for the duration of two hours
Support: There is no training for the position. The volunteer will check in at the Old Dairy Farm with the Program & Development VISTA or with the Executive Director.
Age Requirement: 18 and older
Dress Code: Respectful and comfortable clothing. You will be outside the entire time. Please dress according to the weather. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes as you will be walking around a lot on pavement and grass.
Note: Volunteers can sign up individually or as a group. Also if you would like to volunteer at the Farm Picnic longer than two hours you can also sign up for the Food Shift from 3:30-5 pm and/or 5-7:30pm
