The Richmond Hill YMCA is currently looking for volunteers to assist us during the 23rd Annual Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival. The event will take place on October 14th - October 16th.
We are looking for several volunteers that can assist throughout the weekend. This event is the biggest event that the Richmond Hill YMCA participates in and all proceeds directly benefit our Annual Campaign

Friday: Event hours are from 5pm to 11pm
Opening shift: 4pm to 8pm (This will be for set up and volunteer training, prior to the event)
Closing shift: 8-12(midnight) This shift will consist of cleaning up at the end of the night and preparing for the Saturday Morning shift. We may get done earlier than midnight.
Saturday: Event hours are from11am - 11pm (BIG DAY)
10am - 2pm/3pm*
3pm - 7pm
7pm - 11pm/12pm*
- *We will need a few volunteers to come in and help with setup/breakdown.
- Need at least 10 volunteers per shift. 12 would be best in case someone cancels.
Sunday: Events hours are 11am - 5pm
10am - 2pm
2pm - 6pm *Will have to get everything back to storage and out of the park.

Volunteer duties consist of, but are not limited to:
- Cooking crawfish
- Preparing plates & drinks
- Serving customers
- Ordering and transactional support
- Giving samples
