The volunteers will help break down tables and chairs and assist with clean up at the end of the event. The volunteers will also help with breaking down all equipment for the auction, music, and food if needed.

Qualifications:
- Should be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Should be able to be on their feet, standing and walking around for 2.5 hours
Support: There is no training for the position. The volunteer will check in at the Old Dairy Farm with the Director of Development, Outreach Coordinator, or Executive Director.
Dress Code: Respectful and comfortable clothing. You will be outside the entire time. Please dress according to the weather. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes as you will be walking around a lot on pavement and grass.
Volunteers can sign up individually or as a group. Also, if you would like to volunteer at the Farm Picnic longer than 2.5 hours, you can sign up for the Food Shift from 3:30-5 pm and/or 5-7:30 pm.
