The volunteers will be helping with the location and food set up and before the event. Volunteers will assist in ensuring the food trays and supplies are filled for the guests.
The volunteers will help set up tables and chairs for the event. The volunteers will also help with setting up for the auction, music, and food if needed.

- Assist FFM staff with food setup
- Assist with stocking food trays and supplies before the event
Qualifications:
- Should be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Should be able to be on their feet, standing and walking around for 2 hours
Support: There is no training for the position. The volunteer will check in at the Old Dairy Farm with the Director of Development, Outreach Coordinator, or Executive Director.
Dress Code: Respectful and comfortable clothing. You will be outside the entire time. Please dress according to the weather. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes as you will be walking around a lot on pavement and grass.
Volunteers can sign up individually or as a group. Also, if you would like to volunteer at the Farm Picnic longer than 1.5 hours, you can sign up for the setup shift from 1:30-3:30pm and/or the Food Shift 2/breakdown shift from 5-7:30pm.
