Make a difference in your community by volunteering with Meals on Wheels! Our program delivers nutritious meals and friendly smiles to seniors who may be homebound or unable to prepare meals for themselves. Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring that older adults receive not only healthy meals, but also meaningful social interaction and a quick wellness check.
Most meal delivery routes take about an hour and can easily fit into your schedule. Route deliveries start at 10:30 a.m.
Your time and compassion can help seniors remain independent, safe, and connected in their own homes. Whether you volunteer once a week, once a month, or as a substitute, your help makes a lasting impact. We have nearly 40 volunteer routes throughout Chatham, Bryan, and Liberty counties. We can provide a route near your home or work, making volunteering easy and convenient.
We currently have routes available in the Garden City area.
Join us in serving our community—one meal and one smile at a time.
