Description

The Coastal Empire Disaster Recovery Committee utilizes Crisis Cleanup to monitor assignment of individual homeowner requests for repair assistance following Hurricane Helene. Crisis Cleanup is an online case management system to track requested needs and resolution.

There are three (3) short video trainings available to assist you with this intuitive case management system.

Duties will include:

  • Follow-up phone calls to resident point of contact within Crisis Cleanup to review current status of reported needs as assigned by the Crisis Cleanup Coordinator.
  • Possible entry of individual requests into the Crisis Cleanup case management system as needed.
  • Reviewing assigned cases to monitor progress and resolution.


Position Details and Requirements:

  • Weekdays between the hours of 10am-6pm.
  • This position is virtual. 
  • Must have access to a personal computer with web access to Crisis Cleanup.
  • Must have basic typing and data entry skills through a personal computer. 
  • Must have a phone for contacting individuals within the Crisis Cleanup database.
  • Must be willing to maintain confidentiality regarding all resident information.
