Volunteers are needed to help out at the Back2School Blowout in Effingham on Friday, July 31st from 4-9pm or at least a portion of that time.
- Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
- Greeters – Welcome event attendees, place # card on vehicles as attendees arrive
- Registration – Assist registration team with gathering attendee (family) info and placing info card under windshield wiper of vehicle
- Trunk Patrol (loaders/closers-ensure trunks of cars are open, help load school and food supplements into trunk of vehicles, close vehicle trunk)
- Break-down – Assist with clean-up of event area, including breakdown of tents, tables, and gathering of event signage
- Extra photographers to help capture special moments
