As a Business Coach, you will provide virtual in-classroom assistance to student teams as they are researching the case challenge and developing their presentations. Business Coaches act as a sounding board, giving teams feedback on their solution ideas, presentation content, and delivery.
Case Challenge Description: 10th grade students at Savannah HS were asked: How can UPS create engagement among its seasonal employees to tackle the adversity of employee turnover?
Case Challenge Cycle: 3DE students are given a real-world challenge and are asked to work in teams to develop a solution, through a multi-week process. After registering, a 3DE representative will schedule a brief orientation with you at least a week prior to your visit to the school to review your role, what you can expect and provide you with the necessary materials.
